Detoxification &cleansing

Cucumbers nutrient is water, only a small amount of beta carotene on the skin.
But cucumbers and celery works well in cleansing. For those with recurrent thrush, add garlic and rosemary, will have anti-bacterial agents in it.
Cucumber-Celery Juice
1 cucumber
2 celery stalk with leaves
1 clove garlic (optional)
few pieces of fresh ginger
1 - 2 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoon psyllium husks
Method:
1. Wash, cut the cucumber and celery.
2. Put the chopped garlic, ginger, cucumber and celery into juice extractor.
3. Whisk in the rosemary.
3. Stir in the psyllium husks.
4. Enjoy the drink.
AlAlfalfa Sproutsfalfa - a member of the pea family. It is easy and interesting to plant, can be harvested within a week. It is easily found in supermarkets and greatly used in many dishes and meals as its highly nutritious with a wide range of vitamins, from A to K and cholorophyll too. This white and thread-liked green tops plant smell and taste mild, and best mixed with other juices, eat raw or lightly cooked.

Alfalfa sprouts is the top source of antioxidant among all vegetables. By drinking this juice regularly, it could prevent untold number of degenerative diseases like heart disease, osteoporosis, helps in menopausal symptoms and cancer.

Alfalfa Sprout Juice
30g alfalfa sprout
1 apple
2 stalks of celery
Method:
1. Wash the alfalfa sprout thoroughly.
2. Core the apple, chopped.
3. Put all ingredients in the juice extractor.
